KURT WINTER - HYPE! SKATEBOARDS

Kurt Winter needs no introduction, but if you insist, we would like you to meet our newest BELIEVER…

No matter where you are from, you had to be living under a rock if you missed Kurt’s part in Digital’s Smoke and Mirrors. His injuries are a thing of the past, and HYPE! is a part of his future. We couldn’t be happier to have him reppin’ the superficial down under. We are proud to call Kurt a BELIEVER.
To get a little more insight on Kurt and his view on the past, present and future, check out his interview at espn.com
Also, make sure to watch the amazing welcome video Kurt managed to whip up…if this is the sign of the future, then things are looking real nice.

Citystars Skateboards Official Press Release - Aquil Brathwaite Turns Pro

posted by dennis on July 28, 2009

Citystars proudly announces the 2nd new pro to the 2009 re up elevating Aquil Brathwaite to the pro ranks.

Aquil has built quite a reputation for himself both on and off the board. Damn Am Awards modeled and named the new “Most Annoying” award after Mr. Brathwaite. Kareem himself adds with a laugh “Yea, Aquil reminds me of ME!”

Aquil, like Big Reem, is an elusive character and anyone with pictures or clips of Aquil should contact citystarsskateboarding.com to enter the contest to win a Citystars package. If you spot the nefarius character himself, usually found anywhere between Rhode Island and Hollywood, send in a picture of Mr. Annoying to enter the photo contest. Expect to see Aquil’s pro models alongside Andrew Pott and Kareem Campbell’s at a shop near you

Keep checking citystarsskateboarding.com for more coverage and updates.
